As a long time Chiropractic patient I have never wanted a neck adjustment as I was scared by a doctor when I was a child. Dr. Bowman explained manual adjustments and I was able to relax and trust him to adjust in a way to benefit me. I have felt better than I have in a very long time. He has helped sinus issues as well as back and hip issues. Very thankful to Dr. Bowman.
